and you will learn how to understand ten thousand things.

At school

School is the main place for personal growth: an environment where not only is knowledge taught, but, ideally, each student is empowered to discover who they are and who they wish to become.

For this reason, schools and the educators within them cannot afford to ignore the digital world; they must understand it and teach it in the classroom. Otherwise, when faced with online issues, young people will have no adult point of reference to turn to.

Digital Education

Years of experience have enabled us to develop practical workshops and targeted activities that introduce the key elements of digital self-protection.

The goal is not to present Zanshin Tech in its full complexity, but rather to draw upon specific elements of this martial art to provide simple, effective prevention strategies.

Listed below are some of the initiatives already implemented in many schools; however, we can always develop tailored activities, in-depth sessions on specific topics, or programs designed to address the unique needs and challenges of a particular class group.

Want to organize an activity at your school? Contact us.

Zanshin Tech instructors are also certified as Cyber conflict mediators and can design specialized programs in collaboration with schools, including initiatives funded by grants or public tenders.

Use the contact details at the bottom of this page to reach the Zanshin Tech national coordination team, or write directly to your nearest dojo by visiting the dojos section.

Some of our proposals

Basic Workshop (6 hours)

Three practical sessions designed to provide the fundamentals of digital self-defense.

Effective strategies and techniques for recognizing dangers and taking action to avoid them, managing anxiety and panic, protecting personal data, and an overview of what to do if you find yourself in serious trouble.

Advanced Workshop (6 hours)

The second-level workshop: specific topics tailored to each class.

Handling cyberbullying, understanding online gender-based violence, and protecting against grooming and stalking: this second series of workshops can be customized to meet the specific needs of a class, allowing for an in-depth, practical, and engaging exploration of a particular topic.

Addiction Prevention

"Dark patterns" are psychological strategies used to foster addiction in online games, apps, and even everyday products.

Through a dedicated program, participants learn to identify these patterns instantly, effectively "immunizing" young people and adults against falling into the trap of addiction.

Digital Guardian

A genuine first aid course for young people who want to defend their friends and classmates online.

The Digital Guardian acts as a knowledgeable peer to turn to in the event of digital attacks; trained to handle requests for help, they know exactly who to contact to resolve the issues.

Mini dojo

For those wishing to delve deeper into the discipline, medium-length programs (10–20 hours) are available.

Upon completion of the program, each participant receives a certificate of their learning valid at any Zanshin Tech dojo, allowing them to continue their training if they wish.
